isn't it funny how when you're home by yourself for a few days you get jumpy.
i was at my computer and i got up to get my cell and turned around to see my cat sitting beside my chair, i screamed. like a horror movie scream, which was really bad because yes he surprised me by being there but then i think i must have mistook him for something else, like a little grimlin or something because it clicked that he was my cat but by the time i piecd it together i screamed, and i was really scared, and so was he because he cried out too. i felt bad. i hate to think what i might be like if i ever live alone.

so i was told by my new doctor that my iron count in my blood is 21, when normal people have a count of 300. i was shocked, my mum doesn't believe her as a doctor collegue of hers said if that were true i would be dead, so either the doctor got the scale wrong or i am a super freak of nature!
so now i'm on iron pills, and i had to go back to shoppers, my old work, to get them. sunjay asked me what university i'm going to, so i had to say i'm not and briefly explain i need the grade 12 credits still. i think the next time someone asks me what university i'm going to i'm going to make one up, maybe RNIT, royal nelson insitute of technology, frankly i'm sure if i said i'm going to RNIT for osteopathy no one would question me, as when the university of maryland or whatever called me to ask if i had any questions for them i asked them what privileges a degree in osteopathy got you ie xrays and perscriptions etc. and the girl said she would check, well she didn't put me on hold and so when she asked the other people about osteopathy i could hear them say oste what, and laugh.
it kind of made me feel supirior to them.

    <lj:music>Walkie Talkie Man</lj:music>

i am aware that people get annoyed at the use of livejournals for ranting but that's what this is so either ignor it or suck it up buttercup!
this weekend was the rotary weekend which was actually pretty fun, i did my math homework while the exchangers bowled and was tutored by one of the rotarians although i don't like doing math or anything like that when someones watching you do it so i was extremely nervous for it all, and i didn't ask for the help but it was good and i did it all without my calculator as he wouldn't let me use it. then we went to the putting edge and i went home as i didn't feel like bowling and then i came back and picked them up to go to maitre D's for dinner where we had to wait for a while and i became extremely sooky and jealous of all the exchangers as it made me miss all of my exchangers terribly. then we took an extreme detour on the way to velocity, down and then back up lakeshore. when we got there i was told i looked tired, to which i said a very unimpressed thank you and then was told no really you look mentally tired, the happiness that was on your face when you got home from australia is gone, you look tired and sad. Wow!! that's sure is the way to cheer someone up who you think looks sad! velocity was wild, well not really but dancing exchangers are, especially to the heavy metal. then i had to have a talk to natashia about her suspected smoking in the bathroom to which she freaked out at, which is understandable as it wasn't her, but yeah, i appreciate that i got to talk to her about it before rotary did, because her ass would be grass if they had to. then whilst talking to my girl gabi i realised that i had lost my bracelet that my girls in australia gave me for my going away/birthday present, and i freaked out, i nearly hyperventalated, and i haven't found it, so if anyone finds a skinny silver band bracelet with a flat oval pink pearl like bit at the front (it kinda looks like a watch) let me know! the saddest thing about it isn't that i lost the bracelet as i try not to be super materialistic, it's that the note they gave me with it, which is on my wall says "wear this & we will always be with you!!!" so yeah.
then i drove allie home, and came back to velocity and the boy from mexico and i cheated on our third gave of pool against the brazilians which was fun. but this morning i woke up and dreaded through the rain only to get to velocity to pick up the exchangers to take them to their manditory church outing only to find that everyone was gone so i booted it to the church and the head rotary man said oh i'm sorry we had enough drivers i would have called you but i didn't have your number handy, so i nearly strangled him and rammed several cars in the parking lot in my rage and then returned to velocity to look for my bracelet in the seat cushions but i didn't find it, so i went to starbucks, got a coffee and had a laugh with a man who couldn't find a lid to fit his coffee, then i purchased 5 books and a card for my mum. i think i'm going to go to bed extremely early this evening as i really am tired, but i'm also looking forward to watching A&E look at deb's coast to coast, i will most likely end up crying, as i saw 13 going on 30 on friday and i lost it several times, but it's a very good movie and it has a good lesson in it, but it doesn't scream it at you. well i think it's the lesson they try to teach, what i took from it is " the choices you make in your life have a direct effect on your future and who you end up to be, so be sure to make good choices." which i think is kinda how i live my life, i'm sure lots of people think i'm a nerd or whatever but you know what, that's my choice and in the end it's going to help me get where i want to be.

All the people who weren't stupid and drank copious amounts before they came, and especially those of you who did not brake any glasses (i also made a mess when we were cleaning up as a mirror slipped out of my hands and shattered!!)

My meeting on the half hour group, the venting was just what i needed

Dave for playing our game and breaking the school record

essay of death, actually not so bad

so i decided to for go bio and math, which may end up to be a bad decision but at least i spent a good three hours working on my history essay, i got the intro and two body paragraphs done so really it's not as bad as i thought it would be. then i had a pretty okay physics class and in chem all the children were planning to do something to miss fish for april fools day, they want to get a fish and put it in the sink in water, and i thought that it was funny then they started talking about getting a fish and throwing it at her. then this one stupid kid, who will remain nameless was like no we'll just buy a fish from fortinoes like the live ones so yeah well get a tuna and put it in the sink. aren't tuna really big fish? that's what i was thinking, maybe i'm wrong. speaking of fish my mum and i are getting fish and chips tonight cause my step dad isn't home so were eating out, it's what we do. after school jill and i ventured to the library and then when i dropped her off i got trapped in the joseph brant center part of the hospital parking lot and had no idea how to get out, so i had to go along lakeshore! it was terrible, and there were alot of old people driving, really really slowly! which enraged me alot, so i passed them all.
semi is only two days away, i hope everyone is going! you better be, it's going to be fantastic. i've started saying that alot, fantastic, cause i listened to these tapes my australian people made for me and my girls said it alot, so now it's stuck in my brain.
i've also noticed that chris' controversial entry has dissapeared. i'm glad, i liked alot of the points made on it, as i like debate but it was getting a little violent.
so i'm off to essay it up again, hopefully i'll get it done at a resonable hour although i don't see that happening!

also to make the time pass as this bio stuff is death! i'm on my third time listening to my G'day from down under cd. it's my goal to learn all the words to all the songs, i have about 4 down! but in like serioulsy ever other song they talk about freaking Gundagai, and i looked it up on my map and it's like this little town in NSW kinda between Wagga Wagga and Canberra, but i was trying to figure out what's so freaking fantastic about Gundegai that it's in every song! christine maybe you can help me out on this one

i looked it up on the net, while i waited for my graph to print so technically it's not procrastinating it's multitasking, and i found a map of it

looks a little bigger than mortlake to me, well maybe like 10 times bigger, but still not big enough to fit all the songs about it in it!!!!

well i woke up today late again! i had planned on getting up at nine to get some serious work done but that didn't happen! and i really don't think it will!

well lesley's party can be summed up in one word: fantastic! soo much fun, even though people kept changing the music and i never did hear the end of Yeah. but it was good times all around for most everyone, except neeve.

i've started my day of art doing with a bang! by having french fries and gravy, quite good. now i'm going to try to make this person out of chicken wire and plaster and pray that i don't run out of plaster cause i will cry if i do and i foresee it happening and me having to make a road trip out to loomis! which may work cause it's near the outback and my mum and i want to go there to make fun of what they like to pretend is aussie tucker! like alice spring chicken, i was talking to my boys about it and i told them that they advertise alice spring chicken and we both agreed that we had never seen a chicken in alice springs!

then tomorrow i'm slumming it on the hamilton mountain at my dad's where i will be practically under house arrest for two days as i will have no car and no where to go anyway, so i will hopefully get alot of reading and reading notes done for history!

thursday will hopefully be an adventure to toronto will jill! hoping that i am allowed by my mother to go, she wants me to get my homework done this break so that i avoid another nervous break down the night before this history paper is due! but it should be good, touring ryerson, hitting the black market and urban outfitters as i want to find my shirts and that's smoking elephant. anyone else up for a TO adventure?

then friday i'm not sure what i'm doing, i think i'm going to see dawn of the dead with my girls from guelph, and i know i said to you (jill) that we would go but when i told them my plans they freaked and reminded me that we had all agreed to see it like two weeks ago, so i'll see what happens there, i normally get screwed over when it comes to seeing horror movies with those two, in that i always end up not being able to go. okay so it was one time but still.

so i'm on a mission to get my room organized and all my science homework done tonight! so that means i have a couple of chem quesions and a physics lab and that bio stuff, so that's not too bad, then it's the start of my art project, i'm actually a little afraid to make it, since it's going to be life size and maniquins freak me out, and my parents aren't home tonight so i may have to postpone the making of it, we'll see.
well my mum's friend allison came over to pick up this fountain thing we have and her car stalled so we boosted it on my car and i can't get the hood to shut properly!!! it's making me angry, does anyone know how to properly shut the hood of honda civics?!?! cause i'm afraid that if i drive with it like this it will fly open and rip off and/or cause me to crash and die.
i went on not only a cleaning my room extravanganza but also a laundry and facial one! i did all the laundry in the laundry room, cleaned the kitchen, and made the best sandwich in the world in my sandwich maker : banana, rasin and honey, it sounds kinda gross but it's sooooo goood!!!! and especially since i have had no junk or sweet snacky stuff since i gave it all up for lent this was heaven!!! so i highlighted my hair with this hair dye that my mum bought by mistake, she meant to buy a number 4 but bought a number 5 so i used it and you can't really see a difference, but it's nice and subtle, and then i was watching city line and they said that chunky highlights are in and that tone on tone is instead cause it's a richer look, so i decided, i'm either way ahead of it all and have a keen sense of what's in or i'm psychic.
so i came online to check my email, and frankly i'm very peeved!!! my msn and hotmail is not working at all!!!! the msn thing said that it was temporarily out of service or something and the hotmail site says it cannot be displayed!!!! it's been like this all day, is it just me or is this happening for everyone?
also, i went to elgin yesterday and i will hopefully never have to go there again, jill and i decided it looks like a hospital cause the halls are bare, and when i told my mum what it looked like and that all the lockers were in blocks in one part of the school she said it was so that there couldn't be drug deals happening out of lockers in the back parts of the halls.
elgin = the ghetto, and not in a good way.
also the lady in guidance was mean and rude, nothing like mrs kongats, mr phillips or mr pascoe who are all very warm, kind, and one being santa like.

<lj:music>go with the flow - queens of the stone age</lj:music>

madness! madness! madness!
well the madness started as i was driving to my dad's today after leaving school and i thought i was first going to kill someone as the traffic on the highway was stopped. why you ask? because...of a wooden crate thing! that's was broken in the middle of the road! i was so mad!
then after i cleared the like two pieces of wood, i was almost blown off the road because i drive a matchbox car! and it nearly flies when it's windy!
so once i miraculously mad it home we went out to dinner for fish and chips and get this! the place we went has bottomless pop and bottomless fries?! it's madness! and i talked to my brother for the first time in 8 months tonight as he's in New Zealand and he was quite excited about the endless fries and endless pop, so we decided when we pick him up from the airport we will stop at tim hortons so he can get a dozen donuts and eat them all and then go to the fish and chip place and he can just gorge himself on them! then i got home watched will and grace and finally found out how karen (aka me!) does her hair, with a hair piece, i knew it was one but i finally saw it with my own eyes.
the story of why i'm karen is one i like, one day lizzie and i were watching will and grace and it was already decided i was karen as i was an abusive person who yelled alot, and drank alot (at parties, although some people who will remain nameless came together to have an intervention of sorts and told me i was an alcoholic, so when ever my friends and i drank we would be like i'll have another i'm an alco!!!) anyway i decided that lizzie is grace as she freaks about things really easy, i am karen, luke is will as he is freakis about cleaning and benny is jack, because if you know ben, he and jack are like one person, which may become even more true as there is now a kylie doll which is the equivalent to jack's obsession with cher and his whole having a cher doll and talking to it, that will soon be benny with kylie! so yeah that's that!

oh also when i got home i was tidying my room and i found all these papers and one of them was a print out of an email and i think it was from arija when i was in grade nine, i think i emailed her to see how things at pineland were going. i'm going to have to conference with her about this at school as i found it quite funny, and i have no idea why i kept it or any of the other papers, it was the most random stuff in there! it's was all these emails and chat stuff from grade 8 and nine, and delia stuff when that was the shit!

i'm going on an extravaganza tomorrow, i'm excited, i have to activate my phone, which i got free cause my dad said that he didnt' like it cause the phone people gave him this new one and he said it was too small for him and that he looked gay, which is a big deal for him cause he's like hey i'm a macho detective, and he lookes like a mobster, so yeah. anyway phone activation, then winnners!!!! whooohoooo, i watched city line today and they had fashion shows from winners, oh my goodness! i was drooling at the shoes, so we'll see how i go tomorrow
i'm also going to try to convince my step mum into going tanning, she seemed kinda interested in the idea but my dad was like no why would you want to do that, so maybe we'll gang up on him as usual and get our way.

well i went to get my grad pictures done at sears today and i felt as though i was fated to never have them done!
firstly my mum forgot to tell me i had an appointment till i asked her about it the night before, then i woke up at 11:15 with disgusting hair and whore like makeup on, it was really my makeup from the night before but i didn't wash my face so it metamorphised overnight, so i sprung out of bed and screamed up to my mum that we slept in, cause my appointment for the picture was at 12!! so she called and rebooked it for two, when we finally got there we had to wait a half hour for this little boy's pictures to be done so we passed the time rating the communion dresses at sears, deciding which ones were nice and which were skanky, yes there are skanky communion dresses! then finally when i got to go in for my picture they said they didn't have the nelson colours and they only had the sears one and this one someone had made, which was mmr colours, so i nearly cried then they showed me the other grad pictures from nelson people and john atkin(i can't spell his name right or say it for that matter) and sam fresomething had the sash thing from commencement but carly burnes had the one they used so i used it too and when i got home and looked at the ones from last year they looked the same so it ended up okay, then my mum and i went to ikea! yeahh i love that store, and we ate lunch in that little restaurant they have, and oh my goodness! i had the best lunch, it was salmon and potatoes and veggies and it was only 5 bucks! for real food, which makes me even more mad at the caf for their ridiculous prices!!
now i'm off to do some crazy fun science homework : bio, physics and chem! and math!! yeeehhhhaaaaaaa!!!

well we have hardwood floors in my house, which i like, but they're only upstairs and my room's in the basement so i don't really get to reap the benefits from it, but what i do get it a freaking head ache from the noise of them!!!
after the carpet was lifted from the hall and the spare room there was some noise, then today since both my parents had the day off they lifted the carpet in thier room, which is right above mine! and my mum was walking around and goodness you would think there was a hurricane up there!!! so i told her that i did not appreciate the carpet lifting and my step dad thinking he was hilarious decided to tap dance in his room, so i ran upstairs and yelled at him and he was like what i'm just teasing you! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!
luckily i am out of the house for the night, i am going to laurens birthday party, it is from 7:30-12:00 and i think it sooo cute cause it makes me remember when i was in grade 10, lauren is in grade 10 so it's cute not sad.
oh and tomorrow i get to go get my grad picture taken! yeah! i found out and hour ago, and i ask my mum why she didn't tell me when she picked me up in TO last night and she said she forgot, which is cool, but rather than admitting to forgetting again this morning when she drove me to school, she said she didn't see me! and i was like what?!?!?! you drove me to school and she was like ohh well that wasn't enough time! i live at almost burloak!!!!
i need a nap my head is going to expload!!
oh an up note: they may be making a sex in the city movie, and delta goodrem is going to be in a movie, but no one other than christine knows who she is, but i think it's fantastic!!!!
also i just read an article about an australian couple who want to get married but can't because they're brother and sister! yeah i almost threw up when i read that, but hold it down cause they're brother and sister through adoption only! no shared blood!!! and they've been in love for like ever, cause she was adopted to the family when she was a teen ager, so i felt kinda bad for them, but then i read that they have three kids already, and they're still legally brother and sister, and the sickness came back!!
alright i'm off to do my option sheet stuff, the extremly confusing announcment by mr pascoe motivated me to do it!!!
ps was he not the cutest teacher in the wheelchair basket ball game! it was like this little santa like man scooting around on the court!!

What an exciting day i had yesterday!!! i woke up late, purposely and went to an extremly uneventful student council exec meeting!! whop di do!!! then i went and saw my favorite little bio teacher, stu diddy, and he said i just had to do the next 5 questions in the book so i was happy, then i drove home blew dry my hair and got picked up by my girl friends to drive to the train station which is sad because it's practiacally the distance from the school the to plaza, like that is if i were to walk right to the door of the train! but we drove none the less and then we went to wait for the train and didn't know what track it was and then i saw amy! so we talked with her for a while then she said she was giong to get a paper and never came back, i dont' think she liked takling to us, or my friends probably, they're bitches.
but it was a day of laughter, starting with carolyn asking if the distance from australia to tawain was three hours driving or flying!?!?! we peed ourselves laughing!!!! then the madness continued as we felt like country hicks when we met brianna and her george-brown friends, as firstly they said that we all looked alike, then we were afraid of getting swept away by the subway, and we were amazed by the token buying and walking through the spinning thing, which by the way what about people who are extremely obessed? how do they fit through the spinning thing?! it doesn't seem fair (and i'm sorry if i offended anyone with that comment as i seem to do that alot with my journal).
anyway, after finding our own sex in the city cafe that's open till 4am, and being extremly full on pasta, we went back to briannas and played with her little dog, bruster, soooooo cute, but really smelly and it bites, cause it's a puppy still, anyway we laid on briannas bed for about 5 hours, and talked and talked and told jokes and fought and laughed and it was great, and then we got scared that the dog pooped in our shoes cause it pooped in the hall where they were
anyway we were getting despret and telling really bad funny jokes, like the muffin one for the second time that night: "there were a batch of muffins in the oven, and the one muffin turned to the other and said "geeze, it's getting hot in here!" the other muffin screamed "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, a talking muffin!!"" wasn't that fantastic! i thought so, then the best joke, "what do you call a cow with no legs, ground beef!" i laughed and then i pictured it: the cow is on the ground= ground beef!!! for like seriously two years i've thought that it was funny, cause it was ground beef cause if the cow had no legs it was useless and might as well be shot and made into ground beef! that's why i thougth it was funny!!!! i nearly wet myself laughing at my own stupidity!! soo funny!!!! then on the way home we drove throught the ghetto around parkdale school where my sister lives and sang songs!! that's right, then we played guess that song singing only la la la's instead of words, and i'm not sure if something is wrong with the people from Guelph but they didn't know i was singing the darkness! they hadn't even heard of it!!!! i was disgusted!! then i got home and went to bed!! all in all it was a super fun day!!!!
today was good thus far, i don't like having discussions with my french class as a certain individual is extremely opnionated in a religious way, which i do not often agree with!
now i'm off to cram for the oedipus rex test which i am going to fail and die in a series of flames and screams!!!!! i also fear that my sinuses may literally explode, especially if soemthing makes me sneeze! watch out!! there is so much pressure in them right now that they could shot a rocket to the moon!!!!!
